Hi Yak-heads!
Came across a good deal for a Bic Bilbao Sports, see photo attached. Do you think it would fare well for fishing? Probably for winter piking and what few bright days we have left. Also what wet gear on a budget would you recommend I get?

Also, how would his puppy sit on a roof rack?

My opinon would be i wouldnt put his puppy on your roof rack animal cruelty and all :D

I've never used this kayak. But I have seen a man with his son on pretty rough seas, looked to be very stable.
Kayak fishing is hard enough to get used to without having to deal with loose rods. So you will need to kit it out with rod holders and other things.

As for clothing.
I have given up kayaking for the year, because the water temperature has dropped alot. I would only venture out with a good quality dry-suit. But because they cost a fortune, i'm not going to get one anytime soon.
