Pendulum Casting in the wet

Postby JPS » Thu May 12, 2011 6:15 am

Well as I wasn't going to let a little rain and wind put me off my casting I headed down to the field for a few throws and am happy that I did.

With the wet conditions I focused on going slow as to avoid the line slip and the cast became progressively better as the session wore on. I was casting the 150 gram lead with the Daiwa 7HT Mag and 0.35mm mainline. Distances in a cross wind and rain were reasonable and I will head out again tomorrow. Love being on holidays, sadly they finish this weekend and then it will be back to the salt mines.

Have a look at the footage and happy to receive any comments or feedback
