Crap conditions here id say the field is totaly covered in snow and the road up would be trecherous.

Just been talking to paddy, the event has been postponed untill weather improves
slaughterhill and the surrounding valley is under two/three feet of snow

Saw that one coming, makes sense for sure guys.
Hopefully summit else soon eh?

yeah marty, just too dodgy at moment
my sister lives across the valley from slaughterhill at the same altitude-950 feet-and she's been snowed in for three days and only managed to get down today
she said the roads are nearly impassable, so even if we could get up to the hill its unlikely we'd be able to get to the field
it could be a week or so before we see any thaw but hopefully we'll get a chance to get out this side of xmas

Hope we can get out this side of christmas.

Yeah, no point in trying to get up to the field, Pat says its mental up there,, so once we get a bit of a thaw well org another date.
