Format for this Sunday

Postby paddyc » Tue Apr 20, 2010 11:03 am

By now i think all the new lads have sorted reels out for the light leads so this sunday the format will be 4 or 5 casts (depending on numbers attending) on each of the 4 main leads,
175 on 0.35/ 150 on 0.31/ 125 on 0.28/ 100 on 0.25 or 0.28.
So everyone will get an overall agg score for all 4 leads, the magic target is 1000m!

This makes it a more tourny realistic and allows everyone to get used to wanging all the leads, it also turns up the heat when there is a limited amount of casts...

See you all Sunday

everyone has to look for their own crackoffs immediately after each casting heat

anyone failing to do so will be forced to cast the 400grm brick weight for the remainder of the day with the shakespeare contender rod

ps-if they find that too difficult, there will be a dutch clog, size 14, on standby

 im scared
After ive pulled the clog out ill add up the distance of my sixteen casts...then if the casting gods have been good ill take that number square it, divide by zero, add a pinch of salt and if im close to 1,000m this means ive not wasted my time cleanng my reels?

Doesnt matter what size clog?? remember its cracko were talking about here, the clog would have to be mounted on a Scania to get that lad moving

the forecast for sunday is overcast, very light winds and perhaps a touch of rain but nothing serious

hopefully we'll get clear skies and a howling wind but does'nt look like it a the moment

maybe the altitude will help with the wind
