I magged a penn 525 and abu 6500 during the week... I was actually surprised how simple a procedure it was!! famous last words.. no doubt.. I will test them out this weekend..

probably a penn 525 gs the one with just the brake blocks.seen a few done seems to be a good job.

I was out at the weekend trying them out.. very smooth. handy enough job

where did you get the mag s from and where they expensive sounds like fun pimping your own reel

I've an abu 6500 that could do with a decent service and i'd lke it magged too..
