few more,enjoyed the day and a big thanks to sportscast ireland for all the tips and tuition i,m sure we all learnt alot and even our big hitters added extra yards ,thats what its all about was great seeing it done by the pro,s

all im saying is ive perfected the stunt cast

A great day alright, Eric truly was the star, off the ground/in the air/on the ground/and on his back all in one cast and still managed to hang on the the rod,,, never seen an AWT do that to anyone Excellent.
It was great to put faces to names, a big well done to Dennis, Shane and Fintan for surpassing the 200yd mark, but everyone did very well for there 1st time on a court with minimal oche bottle, staffo should be along soonwith the results.

what can i say about eric it was the best standing,twisting,falling,tumbling,spinning,rolling on your back pendulum cast ever,
and in fairness to the man the line was still coming of the reel when it was 5 foot away from him, and he didnt birdie or crack of


have to say a huge bit thanks to the guys from sportscast ireland for an amazing day, i highly recomend every club out there to get out and give it a go, if even just for the craic, every one of us improved on our cast,

as for this ochie bottle,,, somehow i had to go up first , its a very daunting feeling been up there first but lucky enough got my first cast of with out a crack of,
but when i got of i was shaking a wee bit

fintan was def the main man of the day with an amazing improvement through out the day, big well done fintan

Twas great crack indeed and hats off to all the East Coast Raiders for making the effort to show up and for all the crack and great casting! A top bunch of lads who even helped getting everything tidied away, current SCI members take note!! Ye are welcome anytime again!

Lots of highlights for different reasons but the 2 main ones were

Eric taking the Oscar for best performance in "I've Been Shot" Funniest thing I've ever seen on beach or field!

Fintan for an outstanding improvement from 120yds to just over 200 by the end of the day!! Brilliant!

are you sure you where their ? maybe it was a hungover dream and you never actually got out of bed their was a lad like you alright you want ta see the absolute dog he brought with him

Ya had me thinking very hung over but i was there found a photo so wasn't dreaming here that dog is sods girl don't let him hear ya talking about her like that he might give ya a belly flop like the one he gave me today

you might have been doing the back cast and they were taking the yards from you instesd of giving them to ya or they might not of had a tape long enough for you
