Looking on the upside, that video could be renamed "lesson 1 on how to build a boat rod" I know a lot of guys who have Century boat rods  Lesson 2 is how to use the butt to make a gaff  or a landing net

As the old saying went in the 90,s "Cenruty's sure they always break there!!" but they do seem to have gotten there act together over the last few years, saying that ive smashed two Conoflex rods in the last year the standard anubis and the plus version  and also a Century kompressor grand prix the year before while on hols, ive "yet" to add a zippy to that list, that tells me alot.

Would most manufacturers of higher end rods stand by them if broke during a cast or is it "so sad to bad" ?
