wow wow and wow.....what a rod!! it is a pure joy to use and it casts like a dream. it has mabey put a few yards on my cast, but the main thing for me is it is soooo much smoother than the carbon metal.
Plus it bends niceley 8) 8)

nice mate, but looking at that photo it looks as if you have your hands too far apart, maybe i am wrong but ask someone in the know

yeh i do...sean of the ucc said the same thing so have a few other people. it was a habit i got into when i was using heavier rods coz i could move them eaisier but i dont need such a long grip now.

Iv a good one for you guys why not try casting one step further by starthing off the cast facing the buildings and bringing the rod right around in nearly a 280 degree swing that will add another 40 yds plus give it a go :lol:

i have a bit of a phobia about that. i tried it once and me finger slipped and my lead went in a undesirable direction. also i got a burnt thumb.

Lol its hard allright took me a long time to master that stroke but it really sends it out much further I cast the opposite side to most due to one side of my body being restricted in movement so its nearly easier for me to cast like that rather than a normal pendulum.
