Loughs Agency Casting Tuition & Competition, Foyle Area

The Loughs Agency and Ulster Casting Club are holding a second tuition/competition event at Ballykelly on the 15th & 16th September 2007.

This is a good opportunity for anyone who wishes to improve their casting technique to get tuition from some of the best casters in the country, at our last event one angler improved from 140yrds to just over 200 yrds in a matter of a few hours.

Prizes will be Zziplex rods and Abu reels plus various other prizes for the junior/ladies and novice groups.

Just a quick update on the location and format of the casting.

Casting will commence at 9am with the competition starting at 10.30am.

We have decided to expand the range of weights used to cater for more individuals so 100g, 125g, 150g and 175g can be cast at any time providing that the caster informs the court marshall so that his/her line diameters may be checked.
