Lines for casting are bought by diameter rather than breaking strain. Here are my opinions, am sure that other peoples may vary depending on their experiences.

Penn 525 0.35mm line slightly underfilled.

Abu 6500 0.31mm or 0.35mm filled ( 0.28mm if you are a smooth caster )

Daiwa 7ht 0.31mm of 0.35mm.

Depends on what your trying to do. If your new and trying to avoid a birdie, 0.35 maybe heavier for the 525 is best and Suffix Tritainium is a very nice line.

For the Abu's I'd be looking at 0.31 and Sakuma is a nice option here.

I currently have sakuma nite (0.31mm) crystal on the abu, Daiwa Tournament (0.35mm)on the 525. I must say the set-up feels alot nicer

Suffix Tritainium for casting,,,?? someone like spending money,, if you get a good birdie thats about E10 per blow up,,, i know its a great line but not very economical for casting...IMO
Im on the hunt for some new line at the mo, as i use Sakuma nite crystal too in 0.28/0.31/0.35 but have found it to bit a bit light in any sort of a cross wind and it just lifts way too easy,, dont get me wrong its good but i cant depend on it 100%,i have tried penn long distance surf in 0.28 and it seems to be doing the biz so far so will wait and see...
Getting back to the orig thread if you just starting off id stick with 0.35 casting both 150g and 175g with it on any of the reels you have there, sakuma will do as it is quite cheap for the kilo spools, when doing alot of casting you would be supprised how quick you go through it.. Hope this helps.
