very dangerous with huge surge,s of water knocking you off balance as you cast and retrieved casts and 3 hours of this was in darkness. hats off to the anglers who stuck it out.

118 and getting hit by surf from 2 sides.

One minute I was standing on dry sand and the next I was waist deep in water.

I knew there was a reason I never fish that place!!

Ah well it was an experience.

haha i was 8 up from ya,,,i took a walk down your way to dec gallagher who was 117 and when i got back to 110 my rod and rest were gone,,was fortunate enough to look at the waves and see a rod rest cup sticking up out of the water,,,,the beach was in good condition,,but mother nature beat us,,,did i see mayo tv entering you aswell

i was 114 and seen a rod gone flying alrite!

that was mine r,,,at that stage my fone was missing,,,mood was bad ,,then to come back to me peg and find me rod and rest gone,,,the day could of being a disaster,,,,sorry i didnt get a chance to have a chat with ya,,,think there was a guy with his daughter beside you to your left
