This event is in 4 months time, anglers should be aware of the beaches they will be fishing in advance.Hopefully the host club will be able to reply to this post.Anglers need to put in a lot of hard work in the run up to this event and book accmadation.

Any angler that has entered this competition should have received a full list of the venues by now. If not they should inform their club secretary to get them.

The only information given re venues is "Beaches in the Mullaghmore area will be used"
I rang Boris, the Mullaghmore sec, and details of venues will be posted on the Connaught site at a later date (after their July Open). However venues are weather dependent and liable to be changed. Venues mentioned are Mullaghmore, Rosses pt, Streedagh.+ a few more. Furthest west they will go is Enniscrone.

Mullaghmore have a Facebook page if you want to post any questions.

They would be delighted to hear from a anybody who would be interested in stewarding etc. Contact Borris (details at http://www.connaughtseaanglers.com/contact.html)

I think the lads are trying to keep their options open as to weather and which beaches are fishing the best at the time, there are only about 8-9 possible venues with sufficent access/parking etc, the ones jd mention are fairly likely as 120 anglers cover a lot of beach!
