is this comp open to anybody? and is it register on the day or do i need to call and book a spot first?

You have to be a member of a club affiliated to the IFSA. It is pre-entry,

Sunday will be a fine and dry day with good sunny spells and winds will be light. Temperatures inland will get up to the high teens, though it will be cooler near coasts. The weather looks like staying mostly dry and settled next week too.
It looks like winds will be light easterlies
Hope to fish this myself. Flounder seem to be moving back onshore after spawning..

heard a lot of anglers blanked think Richard Gormley won it with 7 fish

hi, Richard Gormley won his zone and the over all comp with 7 fish,the last fish was a smoothie
but in the whole it was a hard days fishing in the 3 zones.there were quite a few blanks as well.
