Mighty result Kevin considering the top class anglers taking part. Weldone.
Agree 100% with credit to the Aghada club and Domo for the excellently run comp. I was 20 minutes late onto beach but my card was waiting for me on arrival! Also i was asked twice during the comp if I had any rubbish to dispose of!
Excellent all round!!!!

Great result Kevin, sandwiched in between JP and Ritchie (horrible image) you did brilliantly.
Fair play to Donal and the lads too. Mighty work.

Well done boy.
Delighted for you.
You fished so well on the day you absolutly deserved the win.
Yet another Sea angling Ireland winner of this title. This is the third year in a row that the All Ireland champion has been from Sea Angling Ireland. I dont think that has been done before.
A massive well done to Donal and John from Aghada SAC too. Brilliantly run comp.

Fair play to you Beelo. 13 fish in those conditions is good going.

This was a good team effort.
John Warner had all the paper work done by Friday and there was a lot of it with plenty of anglers leaving it to the last moment to send off their entries.
On the morning help came from Martin Howlin and David Roe who rung around to see how many anglers were having problems getting there. By one o’clock it was decided that the competition would go ahead with over 75% of the anglers expected to attend.
Assistance at the check-in came from Tomas Maher of the bass club Stephen O’Neill Guileen, Jamie Hayes from Ballycotton, and Maurice Griffin jnr. from Cloyne who helped peg the beach.
A big
thank you to the management and staff of The Walter Raleigh hotel for their help and for the use of the room free of charge.
Problem the biggest
well done must go to the angler who battled through the snow to get there.
Don’t you just love it when a plans comes together
