When to fish in Cork

Following a recent trip to Courtmacsherry we are planning to revisit next year again! You guys are soo lucky to have such great fishing in such beautiful surroundings. The fact that you have protected your Bass is just fantastic and I wish we could get the commercial fishermen and politicians over here to show some responsibility :cry: Anyway enough of that, we are looking to revisit and wondered what would be the better time for inshore dinghy fishing in Cork (probably Courtmacsherry again!) either March, April or July? All help and suggestions will be very gratefully received.
