I was out and about today and spotted a small dayjohn boat for sale beside me. It's been totally reconditioned, has all the extras,
Fish finder
Compass
Speedo
Drivers swivel chair
Covered banch seating for passenders.
2 berth cabin
50hp Mercury in fine nick
Aux engine mount (new) - no aux though
Navi lights
VHF
Tinted glass (no go faster stripes !)
4 x Rod holders
Trailer in good nick
Driver cup holder (essential !!
)
2 new anchors - ...... and more
Would suit inshore and lake fishing. Would fish 2 adults very comfortably - wouldn't want to chance 3 .
Owner was looking £3k (a bit steep) - I rang him and spoke to him for a while, I reckon he'd take £2.5k. Says he gets 33-35 MPH out of her. If I didn't have a boat already, I'd be very interested. I'm collecting a sales flyer from him tomorrow, will scan and post it here if anyone is interested.
