Clare Island

Anyone have any tips or marks for boat fishing around Clare Island?

Heading to the far side of the island on Tuesday
Any advice greatly welcome

Fish off Clare island while you can see the hotel,there's a fine pinnicle which backs onto sand,you get big Pollock of the pinnicle and cod of the sand..

When you say the far side what side do you mean. . .?with this wind it will be fresh out have you fished there before?
