Boat rods

Hi fellas,iv been looking at some rods,one being the Penn waveblaster and the other the fladen maxximus20/60lb,the green one,both have a nice feel to them and both seem a good choice all rounder,just wondering has anyone had a bad experience with either,appreciate any views

Have had a number of Penn boat rods. The remains of which sit in my shed roof. Have had just one fladen maxximus, a 20lb / 40lb and it is brilliant. Great to use, unbelievably light, has pulled up strings of 3x 10lb pollack and has withstood abuse over a number of years. Recommended.
