Raider 18' in bad weather

Hello, I was looking at buying a boat and cant figure for performance in bad weather whats going to be the most stable. I was throwing the dice between the raider 18ft, the seahog commodore, warrior and the predator (when I win the euro millions) Anyway something between 16.5 and 18 feet is the general size I'm looking at, I'll have me father and possibly me brother with his kid borrowing the boat too so i want something thats solid if the weather turns choppy.

Was in exactly the same dilemma last year. Decided to go for the Commodore,great build quality,strong boat, huge amount of deck space and very stable. Two men moving to one side rail to land a fish causes no concern.

No offense, but its not really the boat but the driver obviously that will be solid in bad weather...

Pick a boat that can fit all your gear and planned friends but still light enough to move about... with a fuel efficient engine (damn prices going higher and higher!)

All good boats, I used to have a commodore and I never felt unsafe when the weather took a turn for the worst, an excellent sea boat, might slam a little more than the other's in a bit of a chop, but very stable at anchor with plenty of deck space to fish 4. As with all small angling boats you do have to use a bit of common sense if the wind gets up and ease up on the throttle.

same as BULLHUSS commodore very safe boat but the slamming would get to you;have not tried any of the others
