I have been using Surecatch for a long time now. I use it as leader material as well as for traces. No problems with it and it comes in a good range of sizes. I would say I also use mono in many cases and would not reckon flouro makes a huge difference in all but the most finnicky species and conditions. Maybe it's a confidence thing more than anything else.

I agree 100% with jim.

But be aware Some lines out there hold knots poorly. In particular berkely vanish is a line i deem to be poor and have no confidence in.

I use seaguar and never had any problems
