Inside Roches Point: mackerel, conger, dogfish, huss, codling, whiting, pollack, poor cod, bass, plaice, dabs, flounder, launce, blonde and thornback ray, tub gurnard

Outside: you can add haddock, red gurnard, grey gurnard, ling, cuckoo and ballan wrasse, coalfish and pouting with bigger cod, pollack and whiting

Baits: plenty of mackerel inside and outside the harbour bring everything else except the maddies  no small fish down this way.

Good stuff.
Friday is looking crap. Hopefully Sat will be better. You'll get the low down on the fishing at the Bella Vista.
