Five mates of mine want me to hire a boat from bullock harbour. We have no boat experience and limited shore fishing, would we need boat rods or will shore rods do us,and any tips on rigs to use, any information much appreciated.
Anto.

Whoa!
Are you talking about hiring self-drive boats or chartering a professional angling skipper and his boat?
If the former, I'd urge you to rey the latter first. He should have rods/rigs for hire, and advice for free.

We are hiring the self-drive boats we have started to borrow some boat rods, a few rigs will do the trick, looking forward to it.
