Best bet is to get onboard with a good skipper. Have a good chat with him before the trip; he will advise on the best tactics for the particular area.
Pollack: Shads, Jelly worms, Jigs.
Cod: Shads, Jigs, bait.
Conger: Baited pirk, baited leger.

For pollack redgill for them.

Google redgilling. I'm too slow at typing.

Hawkeye's will pick up alot of spiecies.

Ling on a mackeral flapper on the drift.

You will read everywhere about upscaling your gear for wreck fishing. you only need to do this if looking for ling. I land pollack to good double figures on a rod top rated to 6oz's
