It'd be the dogs if you had broadband on your boat.....but handy enough for fiddling with at home.

Still prefer my charting package on the laptop though.

What one do you have Sandman? I use MapSource on my PC but I believe the new Navionics Platnium package is the business!!

That is excellent! Almost as good as MaPSOURCE. A pity you can't measure distances though... Still well done for finding it. :P

you can measure distance with this program click on the dividers then click on where you are starting fron and draw a line to your destination.

Good on ye JFG, you just found a way to keep me up all night checking out spots for this coming season. I can now compare this sites marks to my own chartplotters.
Luke I'm gonna compare some of these marks with my own ones, will talk to you soon.

I use Offshore Navigator Lite from Maptech. There are 4 chart packages - one for N, E, S, W. Various charts at various resolutions for the each area.

As good a level of detail as a paper chart, packed with features.
