Wheel Bearings

Hi all, i was wondering if anyone could tell me where would i get wheel bearings for my roller coaster trailer and what type of ones would i get.

if your based in dublin parnells on the navan road only 5 - 10 mins from blanchardstown centre have them in stock
just tell him the make and if its braked or a unbraked trailer

hi you could try indespension in limerick on 061225700 kieran very helpfull and quick getting parts out

If it's a roller coaster 3 these are probably what you wan't, it's worth comparing uk prices as well especially with indespension.

You might be as well getting these rear seals if you have bearing buddies fitted, you would be as well striping down a hub or both first to double check everything

A quality bearing like NTN or FAG will be great.
Another option:
If you want to get them locally Reliance Bearing will have the bearings you need.

Make sure to look for discount!
If doing the job yourself make sure to use a good quality grease and make sure the bearings are adjusted properly after fitting.

Hi lads the trailer is a hallmark rollercoaster how would i know what bearings i need

not a trailer/boat buff but "super lube" is a silicone based (anti salt water ) lubricant...
But someone else may give a better choice of grease???????

take a bearing cover off and wipe away any grease, you should see a number on the side of the bearing.
if not jack up the trailor and undo the castelated nut and remove the bearing might be safer to do this as some hubs have a different size bearing at the back
the back ones will also have a seal.

You will get the bearing from any bearing supplier. Check Yellow pages for local supplier. Shops that sell trailers, such as Parnell Trailers, tend to be much more expensive.

Use a waterproof grease. There are several available.

Thanks for all that lads im going to strip em down tuesday and have a look too see if i can get the serial number off them and ill try reliance bearings in cork for them

If you have a serial number from the bearing.Any good motor factors will be able to source it for you.Most popular makes of trailer use a limited number bearings.
