Grand Cayman

The missus and I are hopefully heading to grand Cayman at the end of March for 10 days or so.
Does anyone have any experience?
I'm hoping to get a half day with a guide for the bonefish but need to get myself sorted with an 8wt outfit first.
I was planning on doing diy after that.
