I put this up on the UK lure forum, but I said I'd try here also , in case anyone has been or has any info :
Hi all,
Myself and my wife might be heading to Jersey for a few days around August 15
I want to make it my business to go after a few bass while I'm over. Couple of points/questions (NOT looking for marks)
As I will be flying in, there's a good chance I won't be able to bring waders, so I'm wondering am I better off taking to a charter?
Are there charters that do inshore/shallow water trips for bass? Not looking for deep sea fishing - can get plenty of that here in Cork if I wish.
Are there shore marks (in general) that I would get away without waders for?
Goes without saying, a trip to Mr Fish is a necessity.
Any help would be great, PMs welcome also.
Thanks in advance

If mick ward aka "mr fish" doesnt reply on the lure forum send him a pm or email him at the shop. Seems like a nice guy and should look after you. Maybe mention that youll be popping into the shop for a few bits and he might be even more helpfull
