wow, great stuff John - jealous is not the word - I was pulling a couple of cod out of Monkstown in the cold and it certainly doesn't compare very favourably.

Wow!!! This is one place I have wanted to go to for ages. Great photos John. I was wondering if you don't mind me how much would a trip
like this cost all in all?

That's a fantastic sized cobia. What weight did it reach?
Mon Jan 16, 2012 12:24 pm
i booked the trip with
http://www.worldsportfishing.com, it cost around 3 grand for everything,
flights accommodation etc.
Tanglerat, the cobia weighed 41lbs, nearly all the species were new to me ill be researching for a while.

Dunno - the biggest I've ever caught would have struggled to reach double figures - that was in the Gulf of Siam. But on light gear, they hit a bait like an express train!
