fishing in spain

on monday i am going to spain, i plan to do some shore fishing, i hope to target sea bream, triggerfish, garfish and mullet (thick lipped, thin lipped and golden greys) and any other species there may be. has anyone any advice on tactics. i have fished here before using float tactics. an advice would be helpful.
