HI,im new to this site.am avery amature fisherwoman,love fishing but not too successfull

would love some tips on shore/pier fishing in mayo.

Your welcome. A bit more info would help us here . What gear do ya have what do ya hope to get. What sort of fishing do you plan to do,. Eg plugging spinning beach casting lrf etc etc.

Come on lads/ladies. How about an assist there is plenty of room in Mayo for another fisherman/woman
Any local clubs she can join?? Any angler in Mayo to take her under your wing an show her the ropes

I just have some basic gear,nothin fancy,two spinnin rods&reel& a beachcaster.I mainly fish the Moy but love beach/pier fishing when i can.ihave fished at enniscrine,easky&kilcumin piers &off ross strand but without much luck.Have benifited from plenty fresh air though!!!!! I used go sea fishing by boat but the tum couldnt take it,pity cause it was great!!

I believe Roonagh pier has some good fishing, Mackerel, Pollock, Wrasse ad the odd Bullhuss too.

Tried easky pier sun eve,very dirty,not a sign of a fish. Fished in the tide with feathers/mackerel alternately. Got plenty fresh air
