Terrible news on so many levels, for Joe himself one of life and fishings greats, locally to see all the lads no longer stopping in onroute down the coast and spending elsewhere, cheap Internet sites will never substitute the value and experience of somewhere like Courtown Angling for all it done and gave back to angling and us anglers over the years!
Best of luck to all the lads.

Very sad to see this news, my mate lives in Courtown and Courtown Angling was always my first stop on my yearly trip. Very helpful lads and always a heads up to where is fishing well. All i can do is wish Joe and the rest of his team the very best of luck for the future. It wont be the last one to close, but it sure was one of the best....
