No TAC for bass in EU CFP

Hi everyone.

The EU CFP has abandoned plans to introduce a TAC for bass.

There is still a threat that the minister will re-open the commercial bass fishery following the Commercial fishermen's request on the back of the proposal for a bass TAC.

Once it's opened there's no point in the minister saying 'oh I didn't realise the bass TAC was abandoned'.

Therefore I'm urging everyone to e-mail the minister (simon.coveney@oir.ie) the following link. Remind him that the EU CFP TAC for bass has been abandoned. It's point 2 on page 1.
