Sure they rose . The whole pick was upside down . I reckon the wheelbarrow tyre was inflated with helium or similar to make boyancy almost neutral --- so it was easily held up against the ice but fell down towards seabed when released . And the "balloon" was actually a heavy weight .
I recognise those guys . They recently caught a 25 lb Bass in a goldfish bowl . And put it back .
