lads i was looking at the aldi book and on thursday they are doing some winter were and termial were at some very good prices they say 100% waterproof on jackets and leggens might be worth a look and save someone a few quid

To be honest, i would never buy any tools, sports gear or fishing gear off from them ...
Lidl and Aldi food quality is ok, but the rest sucks more than ...
But the choice is yours, im not so rich to buy cheap shaisse ! ! !

I had to research Aldi's food standards a couple of years ago and I can say that their food quality is top notch. As for the tools etc you deffo get what you pay for. I'm sure the clothes though are fine as base layers though. Mind you I've used Penny's long johns for years and they are as good as the ski gear from the out door shops. Do nothing for your marriage though if your misses catches you in them!

As I'm brutal with the cold I always buy a few of these bits as they are excellent and very cheap for the quality you actually get.
From the current batch the Polo neck tops are very warm and comfy and ideal under a fleece, the ski socks are good and cozy too.
I still have a pair of the sallopettes from 2 years ago and again really warm.

me and a buddy bought some of these trousers and they are savage warm water proof and a bargain at 20 quid ide recommend em cant go wrong for 20 quid even if you get thje winter out of them wont wear em in the hotter weather!!!!!!!!!
