The figures appear too low Jim, however I do understand that they are derived from your own business.
That said, I have a copy of O'Connors ESRI report from the 1980's somewhere in the house and at that time a rod and line caught salmon was valued at close to £500.00 punts. Surely bass, albeit a more frequent catch then salmon, should realise a higher return then your calculation today?

There is indeed a slight error on the calcs Ashley - it should read between 96 and 136 - this is a very conservative estimate - and is based around numbers of fish and local spend for a very short season only - this could be expanded by 2 again once the neap tide/boat op is up and running - it also doesn't include my own personal investments like PL, the accommodation, etc
If you can determine a method for calculation of 'fish value' please let me know

The ESRI probably have the formula, I am going to give them a call.
