Oceanic whitetip off Cornwall

Tue Jun 14, 2011 1:02 pm

The sun isnt the best source in the world but if they are about Cornwall its not to far across to our waters.
Will be interesting to see if any are caught on charters over the summer or is this just a rogue whitetip.

Was only 1 mile off the coast. (shore caught oceanic whitetip would be a nice species)

yes i would agree with that asumption but the last 2 reported a great white shark. these reports are of a white tip shark and at least one is of a close incounter with one. with the increased amount of whales and dolphins been sighted around the coasts.i think it logical that the amount of predators would also increase
