Hi folks, I'm looking for a bit of help here. I have a troublesome set of headlamps which I wish to send back I have heard a good few anglers with the same problem. Sending the product back seems to be the only soloution as I have attempted to email the company on several occasions with no reply. They stopped working within the year of purchase but( this is where it gets tricky) I didn't know it was such a widespread problem so they have been sitting on the shelf and as a consequence they are now outside warrenty. Am I wasting my time with attempting to get them replaced?
Any advice/help would be appreciated, Chris.

id the same problem last november,had bough a silva headlamp the previous year for big money & it suddenly packed up,tryed to contact the company but could'nt.was surprized as there spose to be a big reputible company,luckyily eniugh for me the shop i bough it off replaced it with a upgraded model for free...good luck with it

i have two e-mail addresses for them. one is the u.k distribution and the other is their head office. my silva lx packed it in around October. i sent them a mail and they had me a new x trail plus out in about two weeks. cant fault their after sales policy really.

if you want the e-mails just drop us an mail and ill send them to you.
