hows the fishing lads...did ye hear about the gillnetter on the south coast last week that was fishing for pollock and guess what happened...2 boxes of pollock and 35 boxes bass all big fish..had to dump the lot...i also heard a prominent district court judge recently fined a commercial man 3000 euro for 3 bass...BUT the judge made a very serious blunder in admitting that he goes angling for bass himself...now the case will be thrown out on appeal ..as the judge should not of heard the case as his an angler.. and any commercial fisherman caught with bass in his juristiction will have the right for there case to be heard before a different judge as the judge will be classed as being biased...serious blunder judge...i believe all the fisherman are delighted with his comments ..what are we going to do now

Citation?

Sooooooooo, by that logic if a judge has a driving licence, he's precluded from hearing speeding cases? Don't see an apeal working, somehow.

the judge actually stated that he cant catsh bass because of poachers so he is and will in the future be classed as being biased and therefore any poachers up before him can demand and will succeed that he not hear there case
