its the same at any popular mark that produces fish and sadly its a year round problem at that site

filled 2 black bags there one day - and it will all be there the next time you go out again

ignorant people who do that to such a beautiful mark - i bet the people at it are not on this site or at least dont post - giving us all a bad name

wasteing your time with this one im affraid. this is a problem country wide.not only is there a large majority of dirty fishers cant call them anglers cause there not even related to anglers but there is a huge amount of people who think its ok to load up the car in the middle of the night with household rubbish and drive to the sea side and just feck it out  absolutely disgusting these people have to be stopped.
on a more positive note there is a momentum building amongst real anglers to stamp littering out. fished an open with great island on monkstown wall monday night and the organisers went along before the comp and removed a lot of the litter on the path then handed each angler a plastic bag for there own rubbish to be disposed of properly.

It is the same up here boys. Hateful- to say the least- there is usualy silly amounts of crisps, bottles and beer cans on our trips. But I can assure you 100% of them are taken home or binned on location. It really does sadden dedicated anglers like us and tarnish our name.

This is a thread we see time and time again unfortunately.

Real anglers leave nothing behind on the beach but footprints.
