I have only got out twice this year and i have spent a small fortune at the moment and have been making up rigs, rigs and more rigs, about 2 years worth 
it's definately as Chris said an 'addiction' 
i think we should set up an Anglers Anonomous Group !!!!!!!!!

It's quite natural. You are substituting fishing with buying fishing tackle. Kind of behavior described in detail in many books about psychology
I'm sure it got it's special scientific name

entering the tackle shop gives you the same buzz as a child in a toy shop its called havetohave syndrome lol

happens to myself as well. Best thing that a certain tackle shop done was close at 5 so I dont have time to go there after work anymore.. Its actually saved me quite alot already.. thanks lads haha
