Many of you will know Alan Harris (who owns Surfdock Sailing Centre in Dublin) personally.
I understand that Alan's family are very concerned for his immediate safety.
I also understand that this case will be featured as a "missing persons" case on Crime Call on RTE tomorrow night.
Please contact Santry Gardai or any Garda Station (who I spoke to this morning before carrying this appeal) with any information you may have.
In particular, please look out for the Surf Dock Silver Mercedes van and report any sightings immediately to the Gardai.
Further details are carried in the Club House Forum on Powerboat.ie. and below from today's Irish Times.

Kind regards,
Stuart

I really hope your friend is found. I have e-mailed this message to friends of mine who live and fish in and around the area he went missing/was last seen.
They are going to keep an eye out and let me know if they hear any updates.

The Irish windsurfing scene is mourning the tragic loss of Alan Harris who had been missing for nearly a week.
Alan's friend top windsurfer Oisin Van Gelderen has said his family would like to "invite friends, windsurfers, customers, and anyone who knew Alan to a celebration of Alan's life, to share food, live-music, stories, and generally give Alan a good send off" after his funeral tomorrow (Saturday).

A public condolence page is on the surfdock website here.

Herewith details of Alan's Funeral:
Alan's funeral will take place at 11am this Saturday 30th Jan, in St. Pappan's Church, Church Lane, Santry, Dublin (This is minutes from Dublin Airport.) and follow onto Glasnevin Crematorium, for cremation service.

Afterwards at Malahide Yacht Club, St.Jame's Terrace, Malahide Village (where we went for partys at the Fleadh or Slalom events).
This will be from approximately 2pm onwards, depending on how long it takes to get back from Glasnevin.

RIP Alan
