Well done to those who made the team and also those who managed to stay in the panel. Hard lines to Shane Gilvarry who I fished beside on both days and just missed out. For the rest of us.... Next year eh....

A special mention for Dermot o Brien who has made the team 2 years in a row at 63 years of age.Hip Hip Horraay for us pensioners.

i dont think he would like to be classed as a pensioner just yet think it's 66 now fair play to you Dermot well done.

Full marks to the IFSA for organising a fish-off base on CIPS rules and at a venue with similar styles of fishing as you can expect at the Worlds.

I wish the Scottish crowd would do the same!
