Word is . . . that there was a (european) guy down tramore pullin a net today (back strand i think) and there was 2 bass in it. One around ten and the other around five lbs. A passer by challenged him and both bass were returned and then shortly after the fisheries board fellas came and took the net away. I've heard this off 3 different people now and was wonderin if anyone else knew anythin about it.

seems like a good idea that every angler should have the local bailiffs numbers in their mobile phones. can someone post a sticky with them?

The thread directly above this one contains links to pages with numbers and contacts on them. It would be an idea for individuals to contact their relevant fisheries boards (numbers listed on that thread) and ask for an after hours contact number or mobile number. As mentioned by Bass Point it would not be in anyones interest to post mobile numbers on a public forum.
