rock fishing around south wexford

I am hoping to do some fishing from rocky marks in wexford soon. Was thinking of the Hook or Carnsore? Can anyone tell me if they are fishing any good lately and how they could be fished, bait/tides etc. Or is they any other marks worth taking a look at? PM welcome also. Thanks!

carnsore has been producing codling whiting pollack huss and flounder in the last couple of weeks a few proper cod have been taken further down at rostoonstown
