hi everyone i am new to this caper so advice on every aspect of sea angling welcome. i am trying to find out if portrane the rocky areas is anyway descent it looked ok but iam sure something must be wrong as there was obody fishing there, course it was 11am on tuesday morning with gale force winds forcaste luckily i had no gear withme. any takers with advise
