just wonder if it is leagal to drive on the beach...???? saw a lot doing that and didnt got any trouble.so how is it?

This would be covered by the Loacal Authority By-Laws. For example Wexford County Council

Was fishing Rosslare point in May last year and when we arrived there were two 4X4's parked ON the beach next to the rocks right on the point.

These guys were sitting in their vehicles while watchin their rods. You should have seen the state of the dunes when they eventually managed to get over them to go home.

That isn't on at all, a lot of money is being spent on dune restoration and the environment is quite fragile down there.
