Local Sea Angling Clubs

Could anyone tell me if there is a Sea Fishing club (shore) in the Newtownards/Bangor area :?:[/b]

There is no Shore only Club in the Bangor Area.

There is Carrick Beach & Rockers in Carrickfergus
Larne & District - big in Shore and Bopat
East Antrim Surfcasters in Larne

thanks baldy, looks like i'll just stick at it on my own and perhaps pick a few tips up off here.

why not join a club that fishes both shore and boat, even if your only interested in the shore it will still give you a few competitons and a chance to learn a few things.

also you never know, you might like boat fishing after a few goes
