I notice the motion is to control, rather than ban. Does an yone know any of the councillors involved?

yeah I know K.Kelleher - Kathleen. I work in sales for an events company and we're putting a do on for the local government reps in Janruary. I mentioned the DLR ban to the rep for Dun Laoghaire and he said it probably wouldn't go ahead. don't know though. I think it was similar reasons i.e. people leaving hooks/line/rubbish/old bait etc around the place and not looking when they are casting.
