going out from kilrush Saturday have been on a good few charters so i`m not new to it but any tips for the area and baiting would be use full. will probably go out around the loop don't know if beal bar is still fishing at this time of the year. any tips would be helpful.

Beal bar - Runs of tope tend to dwindle at this time of year, there will still be the odd bigger fish but most of the charther skippers dont bother fishing for them
Not enough returns for anglers fishing!
Loop head should be great
Stuffed with mackerel, pollack and on the broken ground west of the head you will get cod, whiting,haddock and ling
Beest all round rigs would be the baited hokkais, but you can gill using jellies, or bounce large mackerel baits along the bottom for huss and ling.
