And without that vehicle for the promotion, awareness and protection on all aspects of angling its a huge loss. I know IA played an important and credible role in 'modern' bass angling fly and lure - way ahead of the game in many ways, responsibly!

As a bass fishing guide I know it meant a lot to my business and the wider aspects of bass fishing tourism in this country, what other angling editor allowed any guide to 'autobiograph' his life in one year? Innovative to say the least. http://www.scribd.com/JimHendrick/collections

David Dinsmore intends to keep the website running, so maybe it'll develop into an online mag. Something to hope for.

It would be nice to see it continue as an online mag at least, it was a great read

Very sad to see IA go, have a lot of time for David who has done his best to make the business work. He has used his position very well to lobby for our sport on a number of fronts, including keeping bass a sport-only species, and on the proposed Galway Bay industrial salmon cage complex. I hope whatever he turns to next is a success and that we don't lose him from the world of angling.
On a personal note, one of my biggest thrills as a budding photographer was having one of my photos on the front cover... :)
